There’s a 77% likelihood that Magnificent 7 – tech giants such as Apple and Google – will step into Bitcoin investments

Despite a recent market hiccup, 2024 turned out to be a blockbuster year for Bitcoin (BTC). The digital gold’s rising adoption hasn’t just caught the eye of retail investors and crypto enthusiasts—it’s also pinged on the radars of some of the world’s biggest tech giants.

According to the prediction platform Kalshi, there’s now a 77% chance that one of the “Magnificent 7” tech titans will jump on the Bitcoin train in 2025. That’s a serious glow-up from earlier estimates of just 49%.

The Magnificent 7 includes Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet (Google’s parent company), Nvidia, Amazon, Meta, and Tesla. Of course, Tesla—led by everyone’s favorite meme-loving billionaire, Elon Musk—already added Bitcoin to its balance sheet, creating quite the buzz in the crypto sphere.

Michael Saylor, the Bitcoin evangelist and founder of MicroStrategy, warns that the remaining tech giants would be making a colossal oopsie by ignoring Bitcoin. According to Saylor, Bitcoin isn’t just another investment—it’s “digital gold” and the building block of future financial infrastructure.

Amazon: Whispers, Rumors, and a $600 Million Nudge 🛒💰

Saylor isn’t just tweeting motivational Bitcoin quotes—he’s out there in the trenches, giving presentations and trying to charm CEOs into the orange-pill lifestyle. Case in point: He recently pitched Microsoft shareholders on adding Bitcoin to their portfolio. Spoiler alert: they all politely said, “No, thanks.”

Meanwhile, the rumor mill is grinding away about Amazon possibly making a Bitcoin move. Earlier this month, Saylor publicly nudged Jeff Bezos to drop a casual $600 million into Bitcoin. While Amazon hasn’t made any official announcement yet, many investors are daydreaming about a scenario where Bezos follows Musk’s lead.
