Alexander McQueen’s MCQ Label Offers Authenticity Verification

The famous British fashion designer launched a new label in January 2020 under the name MCQ. MCQ’s fashion wears are created by a global network of collaborators. Each collection, known as an icon, is a collaboration between different fashion creative owners from around the world.

This diverse mix of collaborators gives a huge advantage of fashion uniqueness. Icons are released intermittently throughout the year instead of the traditional four seasons which most fashion labels are accustomed to.

Being an avant-garde label house, MCQ will embed blockchain technology in the tag which allows anyone with a smartphone to confirm the authenticity of the item. It also offers traceability of the supply chain. This technology is developed with Everledger technology.

MCQ is available on GOAT.com and in hundred over retailers worldwide including Selfridges and Antoioli.
