Legal dispute about BTC whitepaper
English High Court granted Craigh Wright’s request to host a BTC whitepaper at BTC.org. The lawsuit was filed against a Twitter user called Cøbra. The hearing was conducted at a distance.
Craig Wright claims that hosting whitepaper on the site infringes his intellectual property rights as an author. BTC.org must now remove Satoshi’s “white paper” and display a notice referring to the verdict.
$ 48,600 must also be paid to cover Wright’s legal representation costs and other court fees. Cøbra immediately informed about the whole situation and the court’s decision in his Twitter post.
I don’t think you could get a better advertisement of * why * BTC is necessary than what happened today.
Rules enforced through cryptography are far more superior than rules based on whoever can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in court.

“I don’t think you could get a better ad about why BTC is necessary than what happened today. The rules enforced through cryptography are much better than those based on who can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in court. ”
Member of the legal team Dr. Wright, Simon Cohen, said in a statement:
“Dr. Wright does not want to restrict access to his white paper. However, it does not agree that it should be used by supporters and developers of alternative assets, such as BTC Core, to promote or otherwise distort these assets, as they do not support the vision of BTC. “
Conclusion
The self-proclaimed BTC creator Craig Wright has succeeded in the Supreme Court, which will have to remove BTC Whitepaper Satoshi Nakamoto from one of the most famous sites about BTC. A sad day for the cryptocurrency community. Has Craig Wright become the official Satoshi?
