The popular business application Robinhood announced on Tuesday that it had launched continuous telephone support. Still the user base is growing including millions of users who have signed up for access to cryptocurrency investments.

Application users they will now be able to talk to a live customer service representative 24 hours a day, seven days a week, regardless of holidays. The company said the 24/7 helpline is part of a wider effort to expand reliability and availability.

To access the service, users can request a call through the Robinhood app and receive a notification when they are next in line for a phone call. The call will then be initiated by a Robinhood representative.

Robinhood solves the problem unlike others

Christine Brown, chief operating officer of Robinhood Crypto, said that the company increases its customer service for higher volumes and longer waiting times. She said the company is determined to address three major obstacles in the financial markets, such as economic, educational and emotional:

“To overcome emotional barriers, we need to help everyone feel ready to become an investor. Everyone must feel that they get the support they need when they need it. We hope that 24/7 telephone support will continue to break down these barriers.

In June, Robinhood had approximately 2,700 customer support employees. Customer service and its lack has become a serious problem for many crypto merchants. Thousands of company customers Coinbase they were unable to gain customer support even when their accounts were compromised. This problem is not limited to Coinbase.

The company had 18 million registered accounts in July with $ 80 billion in assets.
