The official Discord moderator Shiba Inu has promised that SHIB will bring some surprises in the coming year.

On December 29, the SHIB community hosted an AMA (Ask me anything) session with popular crypto entrepreneur David Gokhstein. Hours later, Shib’s official Twitter account revealed that the Shib BONE management token would be used as a native asset of the Shibarium Level 2 scaling solution.
Shibarium is expected to reduce SHIB transactions and help avoid high ETH fees.
Shiba Inu is currently on the ETH network, which is often criticized for huge transaction fees. The exact launch date for Shibarium has not been announced, but is expected to occur during the first quarter of 2022.
Reducing transaction costs is essential for the growing ecosystem of cryptocurrency, which will include a gaming and nonfungible tokens. For this reason, the upcoming launch of Shibarium is considered one of the largest catalysts.
Also anonymous creator Ruoshi announced a Shiba Inu layer-2 solution contribution and Medium. Ruoshi stressed that Shibarium needed to be decentralized, so that there was not a single point of failure.
In addition, the Shiba Inu plan for 2022 has been unveiled, which includes monthly token burning, which will drive the SHIB price up.
