Craig Wright is not the only one who has attempted to register BTC’s copyright, which is why today we will talk about the perhaps lesser-known Olof Gustafsson.

According to the United States trademark office, in fact, the company Coin Legal Ltd has tried in the past to register the BTC logo but with little success. In fact, the trademark expired in October 2020, and it’s a story few people know.

A year ago, Olof Gustafsson, seeing that BTC is decentralized and there is no company to which it belongs, attempted to register the trademark.

Gustafsson was in fact the CEO of Coin Legal Ltd and in 2018 he was also the CEO of Escobar Inc, a company owned by Roberto de Jesus Escobar Gaviria.

Olof Gustafsson, Roberto Escobar and the truth about BTC

For those who didn’t make the connection, we are talking about the brother of Pablo Escobar, the famous Colombian drug lord who held the most famous drug cartel between the 1980s and 1990s and in fact is considered the richest criminal of the times, with an estimated $30 billion.

Pablo Escobar’s brother, Roberto De Jesús Escobar Gaviria, had also tried to launch his own crypto, called DietBitcoin (DTT), the project failed but on the site, it is possible to read a 281-page book entitled “True Story by Roberto Escobar”.

In this book, Roberto explains his theory that the creator of BTC, Satoshi Nakamoto, was a CIA spy.

This quote from the book:

“I am the first person in the world, Roberto De Jesus Escobar Gaviria, to publicly come out and claim that BTC was created by the American Government, and I am not going to be the last person to say this. The world is going to wake up. The world is going to see that this was created by them. And when they see it, it is too late, and when the CIA finds out that the world knows about this, the CIA is going to sell all of their coins, and they will destroy the value of BTC”.
