Peter Schiff is a very popular investor focusing mainly on gold. It is also a great critic of cryptocurrencies. It was he who announced that as the financial crisis slowly approached, the value of global currencies, such as the US dollar, the pound and others, would probably fall. Governments do not have to estimate how much money they can put into circulation.
CEO of the huge investment bank Euro Pacific Capital spoke about the future of currencies in one of the podcasts. His opponent in the debate was the well-known cryptocurrency bull Anthony Pompliano. Even before the start of the fight, they managed to agree that their predictions were worse than for 2008.
Pragmatically, Schiff was not limited to his role as a major adversary of this industry. Instead, he tossed his knowledge to keep the debate on the level.
“I think it is possible that the BTC will be able to run again to new heights. But I still think the probability is less. I think we’re in the bear market right now. And we are a long way from the bottom. ”
