Ultra: a new partnership for “mining”

Ultra partnership

Through a press release Ultra, a gaming-focused project that uses the blockchain from EOSio, announced a partnership with Cudo to provide computing power for the applications of this project.

Indeed, the Ultra project also includes a “mining” component aimed at processing data and information for those who request this service, which then exploits users’ resources in order to harness their computational power, both CPU and GPU.

All the profits generated by this “mining” are directly converted into UOS and automatically sent to the user’s wallet. This way users can get all the resources they need for the ecosystem, as various objects such as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) can be bought using UOS.

This transformation process will be achieved thanks to Cudo, a platform already operating in 145 countries and with a user base of over 140,000 people. Thanks to its software, Cudo provides computational power, greatly reducing costs for the applicant.

It is worth noting that games by their very nature require impressive computing power and many players have dedicated high-performance PCs that can quite frankly take advantage of this, as explained by Nuno Pereira, Vice President of Investment and Partnerships at Cudo:

“We’re extremely excited to be working with Ultra. This relationship provides Cudo with access to millions of gamers around the globe and enables them to participate in the sharing economy of computing power. We see a future in which it becomes second nature for gamers to use their spare computing power to pay for new games or items on the Ultra platform!”

This collaboration also expands the user base of Ultra, as some may find it more profitable to mine a token with great potential and make more profits. The native token has yet to be released on this blockchain, although there are already ERC20 tokens that will be converted later.

This is a unique opportunity, stated Ultra’s co-CEO, Nicolas Gilot:

“Cudo creates a unique opportunity for Ultra to increase brand loyalty by enabling our community to use their spare computer capacity to earn UOS. Ultra’s One-click mining application is simple to use, with optimization and selection of the most profitable deal to compute, fully automated. Earnings are used to purchase UOS on market and sent to the user’s Ultra Wallet. This innovative partnership is paving the way for distributed computing power which has tremendous value for the games industry.”
