DC Comics has come up with a new collection that will surely please all fans of comics and cryptocurrencies. DC Comics fans will get a chance to own free NFT superheroes like Superman, Batman or Wonder Woman.
NFT superheroes from DC Comics
One of the largest comic book companies, DC Comics, is entering the field of NFT when it introduced its own collection of digital superheroes. On its official blog, the company states that DC has teamed up with Palm NFT Studio to officially introduce the first digital collection.
Creative Director and Publisher, Jim Lee, has selected a digital collection featuring characters such as Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Harley Quinn. The official DC Comics blog states:
“DC NFT, hand-picked by Jim Lee, will be available for free to all new and existing DC FanDome members from October 5, and additional free DC NFTs will be available to all fans who share the event on social media.”
Comic book rival Marvel Entertainemt also recently joined the NFT frenzy. Marvel has partnered with technology company VeVe to release the first set of Spider-Man (NFT) digital collections.
“Spider-Man is one of the most legendary superheroes in the Marvel Universe, so there was no better way to launch our global experience with digital collectibles with VeVe. We can’t wait to bring even more to Marvel fans and collectors. ”
