Dutch startup Envision, in collaboration with Google, has developed AI glasses called Envision Glasses that help blind and visually impaired people see important things for their lives.
According to the creators, glasses currently use the fastest and most accurate optical character recognition software and are able to read any text in more than sixty languages from any type of surface, from food inscriptions to handwriting.
Envision has worked with Google before to develop software for its Google Glass smart glasses. Although they have failed for consumers, they continue to live in the business world as a hands-free assistant for calculations in factories or warehouses.
Glasses can be pre-ordered on the product´s official page. There are two versions to choose from, which cost € 1,899 and € 2,198. In August they arrive at the shops
