The agency seized three nonfungible tokens and cryptocurrencies from three people arrested on fraud charges. According to law enforcement, the fraudsters set up 250 fictitious companies, and they received a tax deduction of $ 1.89 million.
They carefully hid their identities with false and stolen documents, prepaid unregistered SIM cards and VPN services. They pretended to do business by submitting fake invoices to the department, but eventually fell into the hands of the police.
