Tethan Arena game surpasses 1 million downloads two days after release – quick guide

3 min read

Tethan Arena has finally released its official application. The launch took place on September 27, and two days later it reached the milestone of 1 million downloads from the Play Store.

The application was launched for Android and iOS systems and already has more than 1.5 million players. There is also a PC version, which can be downloaded from the game site. But what is Thetan Arena and how does it work?

Tethan arena game

Tethan Arena is an online multiplayer battle arena (MOBA) game. The modality consists of controlling a character in a battle between two teams, whose objective is to defeat the enemy base.

In this way, the player can choose between the various characters in the game and assemble his own team. These teams duel in the game’s setting with the aim of destroying each other and, of course, earning the rewards.

Tethan Arena has basically four ways to play:

  • Battle Royale: whole new way to find the last man standing. Show your tactics and survive in a battle of 42 players, divided into 21 pairs;
  • Deathmatch: a way player vs player (PvP) traditional. Form a group of 4 players and fight against others;
  • Super star: rallying the superstar quickly before enemies do;
  • Tower Destroy: a classic MOBA mode. Run towards your enemy nexus and take it down.

The great advantage of the game is that entry is free. In other words, it is not necessary to invest large amounts of money to build a team. That way, unlike platforms like Axie Infinity, Tethan Arena is more accessible for players who have fewer resources.

Another advantage in terms of costs is the blockchain on which the game operates, which is the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The network has more affordable rates than competitors such as ETH, allowing for greater earnings. Both tokens operate in BEP-20 format.

Token types

Yes, Tethan Arena has two different tokens: o Tethan Coin (THC) it’s the Tethan Gem (THG). The THC is the token paid to players who perform specific missions in the game. For example, if the player wins a battle, completes a task or rises in rank, he receives THC.

As the Tethan Arena is directly connected with a wallet (like the MetaMask), the player receives the token as soon as he completes the task or wins a battle. Once received, players can sell the THC and profit from this operation.

On the other hand, the THG is a utility token that will be used as a medium of exchange between Thetan Arena participants. This means that the token was created to be used within the game. THG’s goal is to provide a convenient and secure mode of payment and settlement between participants who interact within the ecosystem at Arena Thetan.

According to the developers, THG is not – and is not intended to be – a medium of exchange accepted as payment for goods or services, nor a stock or bond. With this, the team seeks to prevent the token from being classified as a security, which could lead to any sanctions.

How to make money

To earn money in Tethan Arena, the player must win battles, complete missions, participate in tournaments and other types of tasks. By fulfilling each of these tasks, as mentioned above, the player receives the money directly in his wallet.

It is also possible to obtain rare characters and heroes that can be sold or “rented” to other players. This transaction is carried out in-game using the blockchain and money is transferred between in-game accounts.

Finally, another way to earn money is by buying and selling the non-fungible tokens (NFT) available on the platform. However, most of these NFTs have already achieved significant value, and can be traded for over US$2,000.
