2 min read

(Pocket-lint) – At the moment you can get a bit of money off one of the cleverest little gadgets out there – Tile Bluetooth trackers – in an early Black Friday deal.

The single pack of Tile Pro trackers has been reduced to just over $24.49 in Amzon.com, saving you 30 per cent or $10.50 – so it’s even cheaper to keep track of your stuff.

The Tile Mate 2 pack is also reduced by 30 per cent, to $33.59 from $47.99. It’s still worth a punt if you’ve been looking for one, ahead of Black Friday.

A four pack of the Tile Sticker is now down to $36.99, from $59.99. That’s a big 38 per cent saving, amounting to $23 back in your pocket.

The Tile Pro addresses the biggest problem with the original Tile trackers – that you couldn’t reuse the tracker once the battery had run out. They were rather wasteful, but with the Tile Pro you can change the battery when it runs out.

Tile lets you track the tags via Bluetooth, meaning that you’ll be able to use your phone to find your keys, for example, or in return, use your Tile attached to your keys to find your phone. Tile can be attached to all manner of devices and thanks to the wider user community, if you lose a device out of range of your phone, others in the community can locate that Tile and you’ll get a notification updating you on the device’s location.

You can also sign up to Tile Premium for $29.99 a year or $2.99 per month, with a free one-month trial period. You’ll get free battery replacements and shared tile ownership so multiple people or devices can track the same tile. You can also see a history of your Tile’s movements.
