Peter Brandt is a legendary cryptocurrency trader and analyst. Brandt accurately predicted significant events like the BTC price drop in 2018.

But now, the famous analyst has looked at the cryptocurrency market and his view has been far from optimistic. After all, for him, the main cryptocurrencies on the market, BTC, ETH, Cardano, XRP, Solana, Dogecoin and BNB, will witness a further drop in prices. According to the investor, this could be more than a simple price correction.

Peter Brandt predicts drops

Brandt achieved some of his fame through his accurate prediction of the BTC crash in 2018. At that time, the analyst predicted an 80% decline in the price of BTC, which in fact occurred.

Now, in a recent tweet, he has assessed BTC’s price structure and highlighted “structural similarities” between the current BTC trend and those on the eve of the 80% drop in 2018.

As Brandt highlighted, the BTC chart is “déjà vu”.

Along the same lines, cryptocurrency analysts at Stck.pro have identified a death cross on the BTC price chart.

They believe that the price of BTC is at risk of a drop of almost 50%, and $25,000 is the negative target for the cryptocurrency.

In addition, who is also pessimistic about the future of BTC in the short term is analyst Lark Davis, a leading youtuber and cryptocurrency analyst, who recently assessed the impact of a death cross on the price of BTC.

According to him, the last two times there was a death cross on BTC’s three-day chart resulted in a 50% drop in price.

Finally, he argued that BTC is two weeks away from a death cross. In this regard, Davis expects a similar result that could see BTC drop below $30K. With this, there may be a wave of liquidations in the market.
