Revolut has released the latest version of its app: this is 8.0 which has an attractive and simplified design.
The app becomes a real hub where the user can better control funds and expenses and navigate more easily through the content.
Revolut 8.0: the functions of the latest version of the app
The Revolut 8.0 app brings together in an even more intuitive way the functions that users already found on the navigation home page. What’s more, content is now customizable thanks to the pin functionality, which allows users to “pin” the functions they use most, placing them at the top of the home screen. This allows Revolut customers to view what they need at the exact moment they launch the app.
To pin a product, tap on the three dots at the top right of the tab and, if there, click on add to home.
In addition, a search function has been added to the top of each tab, so that Revolut customers can find what they want without having to go back to the home screen. As they start typing, the app will provide suggestions that will shorten the process of finding information.
In short, the app has evolved and it has done so by taking into account the suggestions made by its users.
In fact, Revolut has 15 million customers worldwide, to whom it offers various solutions: from junior accounts for children to business accounts for companies.
The app could only reflect this versatility. Ivan Vazhnov, Head of Android Engineering at Revolut, explains:
“Our latest app layout update gives our users even more capabilities on a daily basis and allows them to interact with some of their favourite Revolut products like they have never done before. The new interface brings user experience to the next level thanks to a customisable and intuitive design. We have taken into account all the feedback that we have been receiving over the last few months to introduce a new design that really meets our clients’ needs and give them even more control over their finances.”
